Protegol Epoxy based coatings can be used for the long term protection of buried and overground pipelines as well as the coating of tank surfaces. These pure EP and Phenolic EP coatings can be used as a single coating or as part of a system, and serve as a long term durable protection against corrosions and specific resistance against certain chemicals. Our Epoxy coating systems are certified for the transport of many different mediums such as drink and technical water as well as sewage and oil&Gas. The TIB Epoxy coatings are high in volume solids, lowering the VOV balance and speed up turn around due to extremely fast drying properties.

PROTEGOL® EP Coating 32-99 is a solvent-free twocomponent epoxy coating. The product is applied by two component airless hot spray or one-component airless equipment. Bending of the pipes after applying the coating is not intended.

PROTEGOL® EP Coating 32-89 S is a two-component epoxy coating. The product meets the requirements of DIN EN 10289:2004-08. Application is made by 2K airless spray system. Handling of the coated pipes must be in accordance with DIN EN 10289: 2004-08, para.
